Owner/Speech-Language Pathologist
The Speech & Career Center is a vision from God! It’s his dream he called me to steward which is truly an honor. It was birthed from my passion to enhance the communication skills of children and adolescents all while incorporating functional activities they engage in during their daily lives. I truly believe all children have a purpose in our world. I’m driven and motivated to ensure the individuals we work with have the communication skills they need in order to contribute to and participate in their communities.
Teaching new speech and language concepts in a private, quiet therapy room and providing the individual with lots of repetition is very important so that the skills can be learned. However, my favorite part of the process is expanding outside of the speech walls and conducting therapy in more naturalistic settings to support the generalization of skills. I love taking friends outside for therapy. I am so passionate about coaching parents on how to grow their child’s communication skills at home. Parents are the VIP in the therapy process. Training mom and dad on how to support their child is equally important as direct speech therapy.
I received both my Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Akron. I am licensed by The Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from The American Speech and Hearing Association.
I have experience in private practice, schools, long-term care facilities, and home health settings. During my time as a speech therapist, I have served children with varying ability levels. I have experience working with children who have autism, down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, cerebral palsy, specific learning disabilities, and emotional disturbances.
I am a lover of Christ, a devoted wife to my beloved husband, Ron, and a mommy to our beautiful 3-year-old daughter, Brenna.

Dana Pipino, M.A., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
New to Columbus, OH, and is thrilled to be TSCC’s newest member! I grew up in the North East, OH region near Youngstown. I am a graduate of Kent State University where I completed my Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees. I have been an SLP for the past 3 years and counting…loving every step along the way! All of my clinical experience thus far has been with the pediatric population in the outpatient and private practice settings. This setting allows me to develop strong interpersonal relationships with the families I serve, which is a top priority of mine. I love being able to work as a team with parents to help their kiddos meet a variety of speech and language milestones.
In my free time, I enjoy baking, staying active, shopping at Target, listening to country music, spending quality time with my family, boyfriend, and closest friends, and going to church on Sunday mornings. When I made the move down to Columbus I had to leave behind my family’s Labradoodle named Libby, but I can’t wait to have a doodle of my own one day!

Phillip Lunt, M.A., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
A big believer in lifelong learning, I received both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Miami University in Oxford, OH. My experience includes treating individuals across the lifespan with a variety of diagnoses and speech-language needs. I have worked with veterans at the VA hospital on their swallowing and cognition, with young adults having complex neurologic and behavioral conditions on their AAC devices, and with neurotypical children on their speech and language skills. I have extensive experience and a love for serving individuals with Autism and other developmental diagnoses.
The foundation of my therapeutic philosophy is a reliance on the power and life of Jesus. Without Him, I would not be able to communicate, let alone help others do so! I value incorporating Jesus’ love and spirit into my therapy as we work together to improve functional communication. I have a wonderful wife, Sydnee, and a child on the way!

Megan Hoffman – SLP Graduate Student Assistant
I am the Graduate Assistant Administrator at The Speech & Career Center. I have been working for Brionna for a little over 2 ½ years, and have loved every minute of it! I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences at Ohio State University in May 2020, and am expected to graduate with my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University in May 2023.
I’ve always known my end goal as an SLP is to open my own private practice one day, so working with Brionna and getting first-hand experience with clinical and business aspects has been such a blessing. I have been so lucky to be able to watch TSCC grow over the past few years!
Outside of working at TSCC, I am a preschool teacher for a half-day preschool, a sister to 8 siblings, a daughter, a graduate student, and a dog mom to two dogs! I love being able to be outside and go hiking with my boyfriend and our two dogs. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends!
